Hmmmm. I guess maybe. But for the average Joe. I would say it has no intrinsic value.

Im personally not going to mess with it. Every time I "experiment" shit goes wrong. lol

it flashes fine, i did it for the extra commands and to get rid of that purple revolutionary banner on the modded hboot that was used for s-off lol.

I did because now I have an hboot made by HTC, not one with skateboards on it :).
