Any Suggestions on Apps - 4 - Android Newbies?

This is my first Android phone and I have no idea what's good/bad/ugly out in the app market. Any suggestions of your top apps? I wanted to install HDMI Mirroring but it seems to only be for the 4G. Thank you for pointing us Newbies in the right direction!

Apps: Dolphin Browser, Handcent SMS, KiK messenger, Mobo Player, Zedge, Password Box....

Games: Cut the Rope, Refraction, Apparatus...

Definitely some of the above listed programs as well.
