Just got my replacement phone due to camera problems, but now I got one that has light leakage at the bottom. Will they replace a phone for this?

I got a call from HTC about it today. I had sent them an email from their support link on the htc web site. They didn't have much to tell me but they did gather my phone info. I'm hoping they either have a firmware update or a replacement phone coming my way soon.

I just had yet another embarrassing call with a client who asked me to call them back from a land line even though I'm sitting a few feet from an airave. Of course when HTC called my phone worked without any problems :)

I've exchanged my phone a few times because it keeps dropping calls but some people say I must have a defective phone. I've had my last one about 2 weeks but I'm out of my 30 day - can I still get a new one or do I have to get a refurb one if I exchange this one - I'm starting to think it drops even more calls than my last 2

I got a replacement phone and although it came in a refurb box it looks new and no refurb sticker on the inside. Also under the ##786# screen the reconditioned status is at no. So far the phone is great except for the light leakage at the bottom which isn't bothering me too much yet. I don't think the repair center will replace it just for light leakage.

I was hoping with the recent software update the dropped calls would go away but I had a few last week while I was staying at a friend's place where I had three bars. I dropped a call at an office today where I had full bars.

The radio was definitely updated to 1.x? (instead of 0.x)?
