4G intermittent.
 

My internet connection is giving me problems. I was getting strong 4g signal full bars and great speed.

4G is on but I am getting message "4g! antenna is on" no signal and I see 3G is connected.

I did profile/prl update still same issue.

Called sprint the solution I got is was do a hard reset...really?
