GPS causing rebooting loop

I've had my Evo 3D since lauch and yesterday it entered into a rebooting loop. I hard reset the phone, but the rebooting loop continued. After messing with the phone for a bit, I discovered if I turn the GPS off, the rebooting stopped. I even tried ##GPSCLRX#, but didn't help the rebooting issue.

Anyone else having this issue or a solution? I may have a bad phone.

reflash the stock rom. its in the dev section. try it . maybe a fix before you return.
