You need to reboot your phone and try again. Should work fine.

I will just wait for perm root that can be done with 1 click. Unrevoked said they were working on getting one done with the help of the dev team that found the temp root. I can't wait. This phone has so much potential, even though now it's still awesome.

just like scrosler said, u need to reboot.....but also make sure fast boot is disabled.

menu/settings/power/fast boot unchecked

ok I got it working, but when I reboot I am having the same problem. at the top is says out of date, so I thought maybe the file is old or something? I have rebooted phone and PC more than twice. Thanks for the help.
