Muffled voice calls

I've had my EVO 3D since launch and I've had a few people say I sound muffled, almost like I have the mic covered. I've tried to changed the voice encoding, but that doesn't seem to make a difference. My voice is a little lower if that makes any difference. Any one else having a problem? I think I may try an exchange to see if that helps.

Thanks

If you have a case on it try removing the case and see if that improves the sound quality. If not take it to Sprint and have it checked out, if you have no luck with Sprint I'd return it.

If have no case. I make sure the mic is not covered, even though covering it doesn't seem to make a difference in the sound being muffled. I think I will head to Sprint shortly.
