Won't Restart when i click restart
 

Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem that my wife an i are having on our phones. When we hold the power button and press restart the phone doesn't automatically restart anymore it just turns off. Also when with the fast boot checked the phone takes pretty long to boot back up. Just seeing if anyone else is having that same issue

actually I had the same problem when I first got mine I would hit the option to restart from the menu but all it did was completely shut down and I would have to power it back on myself by pressing the power button again but after a week or so it stop doing it for some reason now when I hit restart it does indeed power down and back up on its on..strange..I cant speak on your fastboot problem I dont use that option

Took out battery i was reading what a few people had done over at XDA an now seems to be working fine again. I went over to XDA an i guess more than a couple of people are or were having the same issue. I'm just glad it wasnt just me.

I also have the same issue with the reboot not working correctly.

I've experienced this as well - but not consistently.

I'm pretty sure it won't fast boot when you use restart, only power off. At least from my experience so far.

Well I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue. I will contact sprint and ask if this is a known issue with this phone.

Yes i got a little twisted, no issue with fast boot when i power off but just the restart when i want to restart my device.

Just this morning tried to restart and went dead took out battery and was one hour before bootup. Has been hot too, took to Sprint corp store. Guy said he would have to hardtest seems to be cure for all. After 30 minutes he came back with new phone said he checked the phone with a list said it was known issue.
