Can't make outgoing calls.
 

I am having problem when making outgoing phone calls. When I dial out I see the number connected but no voice or ringing. I did the system profile update and prl still happening.

Several times and took the battery out waited for few mins.

Speaker its simply mute. I called the person using different phone and the person on the other end did not get any call.

I did system/prl update.

I even called local restaurants using the number same thing.

Take it in or call sprint on another line and troubleshoot it. I had this happen once before and something was actually wrong on there side.

I am on the phone right now. she is telling me to hard reset. she is refusing me to to do manual phone.

Yeah, I was going to say hard reset as well... Thats such a PIA though.

I had a n issue earlier where I could not get data. I had to hard reset to get data back.
