I'm using a skinomi skin on the screen and back with a "GeoTPU" style tpu case from tpu-cases. Can still see the htc logo on the back.

Im using a mirror lcd protector $2 and a hybrid TPU case cover for like $4. they both fit snug and do not add any bulk to the phone

People who say cases make the phone too bulky have to try the tpu cases its a thin gel that doesn't have the nasty silicone feeling i had a couple when I had my regular evo and the phone still felt nice and sleek, for the 3d they do make them and they feel nice on this too plus no bulk :-)

I started out with the car mount from sprint store and have kept the phone naked until now. Just scored an otterbox commuter on eBay and was looking forward to pulling the insert and plugging it into thecar mount. But noOOoo it doesn't work with the mount. Well after significant tedious filing and shaving it does now. The commuter feels very nice in my hand and after picking up a larger leather holster it goes from the mount to the pouch on my belt. Love it.

The bodyGuardz for the carbon skinned body,
And for the face, I like Ghost Armor the best,
It has the smoothest surface out of the bunch..

I had the misfortune of messing up my screen with the ones that needed to be applied wet.
I had that unit replaced.
Fortunately the bodyguards full body kit also came with a soft screen protector that didn't need any type of wet solution.
It was a dry application and went on easy without bubbles and was slightly thicker yet just as soft and smooth as the others.
So I have to recommend the bodyguardz kit as the best for the Evo3d as it is the safest and easyest to appy without bubbles or needing any wet solution.
The response and clarity is as if it wasn't there, but you can feel it there with slight tackyness.
They all feel similar in that respect.
The carbonfiber backing also feel great and. Looks amazing.
It has the advantage of being so thin (just good for scratches) that you can use a normal case over it , like the TPU case
I am thinking of getting..
