Apps Screen Scrolling Problem.
 

I have noticed a strange thing in my phone. When I go to the apps screen from home screen button and then scroll down to see more apps the screen scrolls down but the deviding bars doesn't match the top and bottom of the screen. I can see the bars in my sometime in the middle , just hanging there...very annoying.

Yeah that is strange. Do a hard reset (power down fully) to see if that takes care of it. If not, then do a factory data wipe. You should be good to go!

your classifications are wrong power down is a soft reset. a factory reset is a hard reset.

I had a screen issue with my phone already. Got it on Thursday and noticed screen scrolling on the right side almost like the matrix type of a screen issue. Then noticed it in the mirror and camera. I turned of 3D thinking that was the reason and did a reset. Still same issue. Had to return phone already. I got lucky they still had some at the store on Sat.
