whats tons ? like 30 people, itll take more then that for HTC or sprint care

100% mine will go back if its not unlocked within the 30 day return period. I don't care what Sprint or HTC thinks. HTC said they would release an update to unlock the phone. Well... They have about 25 days. Thats why I'm not trying to sell my EVO yet.

Jeez chill out! HTC or xda will give us root. Probably xda, there is a mad scramble over there looking for root. I expect it very soon.

Its all good. I'm chill. I'm looking forward to it being rooted and I haven't even got mine yet. Should be delivered anytime now. I'm confident it will be rooted. I'll just be a little upset if HTC doesn't keep to their word.

i waited this long for the phone i can wait a lil longer to get the boat loader unlocked...right now i'm rejoicing at the fact my Sense UI hasn't reset on me...making me task29 my phone

Man they need to move it along already.
We've had 3 ota's sense release and none of them unlock boot :protest:
