I can care less about the 3D aspect of the phone (cool add on), I'm interested in the Dual 1.2 Snapdragon processor and a dedicated GPU...can't wait to see what games look like, the 960 x 540 res, and the upgraded cam sensors (thank you sprint and htc) and Finally FULL HDMI out!!! Not that half a$$ crap they OG Evo has!?

I wonder if Sprint has upgraded or sped up the 4G radio time on the Evo 3D, because it takes quiet a while to activate the 4G on the Evo 4G?

something tells me the radio will be very similar! This is probably due to the limitations of how you can improve the radio - also note that 4G performance can also be a software concern. Custom ROMS / new Stock may help speed it up!

i'd probably be drooling over this when it comes out...but will force myself to wait and see what comes out the end of the year (if anything comes out). but...things can change.

Yeah I'm starting to debate, as my contract ends on 9/13/11. If nothing interesting or speculated pops up...Evo 3D it is!

I noticed somewhere that the Nexus phone will be 699.99 w/out contract upgrade.......I wonder how much the EVO 3D will be.

Source? Thats pretty outrageous and tough to believe.

If nothing else is out already when this puppy hits the ground... I'm not wasting my yearly upgrade by waiting for something else. I'm getting it and I'm keeping my EVO as a toy. And I'll be keeping my eyes open for the next offeing in 12 months.
