Part of a skin modifies the same apk that the lock screen ring is in. You would have to decompile the shared.m10 in the default folder of fusion.apk for the skin that you are using. Then replace the lock screen ring and re-encode the m10. Then place it back in the apk. Let me know what skin you are using and what ring you want and I will work it up for you.

Last time I tried one one of these the screen was too small and the lock screen icons didn't work and I've read the "fix" could be a bad idea depending on the ROM.
