So, with the release of the 2.17.651.1 ROM for the EVO 3d, I have steadily worked on making a nice, clean, stock ROM.

Now, I say stock cause its overall feel is ment to be stock. I havnt themed it yet.

But this ROM includes

Freezas b kernal
(With modifications to make the lights set to 15 rather then off as well as turn the light sensor off so that the LEDs don't always turn off when in a lit room)

Hacked hotspot

Designated 1x notification

Keyboard with arrows

Swiftkey

Battery with percentages

Overscroll glow

Custom start up and shutdown animations

Removed Sprint bloatwear

Removed loggers

Removed some social apps.

Added a few apps I consider to be somewhat needed.

I will further update this post when I have time to go threw and list everything added or removed.
