Hi! Supr OMJ, do you have the update for the Baseband version for the EVO 3D ( I have the .97.10) Because i cant update the ROM, maybe because my old baseband version. I have OMJ´s EVO 3D v2.5 i want the ICS. Thanks!:salute:

Hi! I have the OMJ v. 2.5 , I try to upgrade to OMJ's EVO 3D 2.3.4 v2.7. I use the recovery and install the .zip, the installation its ok. But when i turn on the EVO it get stock on the white HTC screen ( i try to take out the battery and turn it again but noghint, not working). What can i do??? pls help, thank you very much!!!

I'm having constant notifications that Facebook has stopped working (and it doesn't work). I see that it cannot be uninstalled. I tried reinstalling from the Market but it tells me it is already installed. How can I fix this?

use es file explorer, root explorer enabled, system r/w enabled

you want to manually delete facebook, then re-install from Google Play.....depending on which ROM, the apk could be in either system/app or data/app

on my 2.7 deodexed:

/data/app/com.facebook.katana-2.apk

on my 3.3 odex:

/system/app/Facebook_Client.apk
/system/app/Facebook_Client.odex


now that I think about it, u must be on my odex, cuz apps in /data/app are uninstallable.

so assuming you're on my odex rom, you'll want to delete those files in /system/app. BUT, if you've updated at all, there will also be a apk in /data/app that u need to delete.

Hi OMJ Just got the courage to root my 3D. Thought I bricked it but after many hours was able to flash a Mean Rom. I first tried to Flash your ICS Rom but it didn't go past the initial white HTC screen. Anything I need to do? I had watched the video on rooting and I know I screwed it up so that's what caused all my problems. I redid a bunch of the steps and read somewhere of someone who had the same problem (white HTC screen) and wasn't able to flash a rom until he tried the mean rom. All this is way over my head. Will I be able to get the OTA update when it is finally released? will it relock me? any info and help you can give would be appreciated.

more info needed....

-what hboot do u have?

-did u only unlock or have s-off too?

-what version ROM were u coming from?


I'm gonna take a guess that u unlocked via HTCdev & u have hboot 1.5....if this is the case, last I heard u need to take specific steps to flash a ROM that includes a kernel. Personally, I would get s-off....

You guessed right I was able to flash Mean Rom (v30-E3D-2.17.651.7) then flashed 4ext touch recovery and then was able to flash this Rom. I don't know what I did but it worked. The rom is working great very smooth and fast.
Thanks OMJ I've used many of your Roms over the last few years and never had a problem with them so flashing your rom was an easy choice. Keep up the good work.
