how do you turn data back on after a factory reset in puerto rico
 

Without sending my phone back to the states, how can I get the unlimited data plan to start working again on my Droid incredible? Verizon customer service told me to reset my phone to fix a annoying issue I had but did not tell me I would lose my data capabilities. Now they have no solution besides sending the phone back to the states to reactivate the data portion of my plan. I know there has to be a work around to this... please help!
