The " other " android has a physical keyboard , and they are in stock and cheap !!!!!!!!!!

I don't think that it means you have been charged yet, just that they processed your order. When they actually charge the card you should receive a notice with a tracking number.

I have been charged, it came out like 3 hours after me purchasing the phone... haven't had a tracking number or anything yet tho

I just checked my account and saw that I have been charged also (I had them charge my account rather than put it on a credit card). Lets hope that you are right and both our phones are on the way! (Still no tracking number though.......)

i was told by customer service that even though my CC was charged, it doesnt mean the phones on its way yet :(

The VZW CEO said Friday that htc is having trouble replacing the sold inventory because of a parts shortage. They are out ot the screens , they get them from Samsung. Main reason for late shipments to customers.
