Watching videos on the Incredible

New to Android and of course new to the Incredible. I added a movie onto the 8gb internal memory. How do you watch this movie? Either its entirely too difficult or I have no basic understanding of Android lol. Also how do you browse files off of an SD card.

I tried looking around for the stock video player but I can't seem to find one?

Excuse my slowness.

I use a free application called Astro file manager. Very clean gui and has all the features you need for a file manager. Remember Android is built ground up from the linux kernel. No registrys and whatnot. After you find your file just clicking on it should autoplay or give you the option of which program to use if you have more than one media player installed.

All of your videos and pictures show up under the same place.

You can click on "Photos" and there should be a list of all of your pictures and videos. I actually made a folder on my SD card called "Video". I simply click on the "Video" album and all of my videos are listed there.

milesnapue is correct about using ASTRO though. It's probably the best file explorer that I've found and it's great for certain things, but you don't need it to view your videos.

I hope this helps.

Astro works well, thanks.

Are there any video players you can download that allow you to play .avi?

Or any other way around it. Wanting to put movies on here that are .avi.

yxflash will let you play .avi files and pretty much any other type of movie file.
