I noticed today that I have the update 2.01-update 1 because I noticed some new menu items and went and looked to see.

Living in NYC & I am not running the HTC Sync program.

The htc ota update was for corporate business server updates.

Just got a beep on the phone - it said there was a google maps update ready to download - neat. Downloaded and installed.
Google Maps 4.1.1 #4156 android version.

Just got an OTA update message, battery was too low though. Wondering if this is the fix for corporate customers or if this is the 2.2 update OR if this is just to patch any root attempts.. Anyone apply this OTA and/or have anymore information about it?

just got a update. see no menu difference. s/w version is now 2.1-update1. running a little smoother. will be looking for any changes.

Got the update. Had to look on Verizon's website to find out what it did. Said something about making it easier to use corporate email. Might be worth while, if I had corporate email.

Yeah , I got the 3.5MB OTA also at 7:00am EST. Was a vzw support update and booted the phone 4 times during the install.

I just got the OTA update, it actually woke me up lol the "beep beep" noise was enough to drive me nuts so i just woke up and thought it was a text message but here it was the OTA update

Just started getting my update message this morning. Haven't had a chance yet, but I am guessing from the posts/experiences this isn't anything that would hurt to do. One question of the people that ghave done it though....does this wipe the phone clean like WM upgrades, or is it something that 'blends' into the current setup?
