Isror, did you get a 2gb sd card?

i guess we'll all have to wait and see. i've got an 8gb lying around from my tp2, but can't hurt to get and extra 2gb, can always be a backup for picture storage, haha

i just ordered mine!!! yay!!! only problem it wa at full price!! (will still have my ne2 for my winmo 7 phone next year!!)

it'll be worth it! i was going to full price as well but was able to snag another lines upgrade (family plan). but yeah i am saving my ne2 (i believe its next feb) for wp7. that is too say it out performs my incredible, which seems like it will be a feet to accomplish. hopefully by then we'll have dual core snapdragons, haha.

so i wonder if all us who pre ordered will get that 2gb card? engadget reported that one person who got it on 4/20, like Isror, did not get the card. i guess we'll all find out soon enough!

It looks to me like it comes with an 8GB card (at least when you buy it from Best Buy).

I just pre-ordered mine today from Best Buy, and on one of the papers the sales man filled out, it has a section for "Memory". Under that section he wrote "16GB".

i pre ordered mine at best buy and don't recall any such form. all i did was give them my name, address (i think) and cell number. then i had to pay $50 up front which got put on a gift card (which i kept). along with that a printed receipt stating the credit on the card was for the htc incredible pre order.

what was this form with a "memory section"? i best not get jipped, haha.

i was thinking about going there tonight, as i will be in the area, and ask if i can pick it up. play dumb and tell them i was told 4/26, haha, you never know, worth a shot.

i'd be pretty stoked though if we scored an 8gb card though!

There were two different papers he gave me (other than the receipt).

The first one was a copy of the paper that you probably filled out. The one with the picture of the Incredible on the left hand side about half way down and a spot on the bottom left hand side where you fill out your name, address, phone number and pre-order date.

The second paper he gave me is a yellow, carbon copy, that says "The Recommendation..." at the top left and "Best Buy mobile" in the top center. It also has different categories that are labeled "You", which has your name, mobile number, etc. "Your perfect phone would have", which just has different phone features. "How do you connect to the internet?", "Date", Our recommendations", which has "Carrier plan and minutes" and things like that in the sub category. "Walk Out Working", "Solutions", which is where the "Memory" part is located, "Notes" and "Mobile Phone Specialist contact info".

I know that's a pretty long list, and it may be hard to read, but at least you'll know that paper if you have it.

That would be really nice if we get an 8GB card on top of the built in 8GB.

Lol, good luck getting it early. Maybe you'll get someone who doesn't know any better.

I actually asked the guy I talked to, if they had the phones in stock yet, and he told me no, but they showed that they were getting 10 in and they would in fact be here by the 29th.

Edit: now that I think about it, that's probably just things that he's trying to sell me. I didn't really think much about that because it had my current plan and data package listed on it, but the word "Recommendation" kind of gives it away.

Maybe I'm just an idiot. Either way, I'll post back and let you know on Thursday or Friday.

hmmmm. yeah i recall filling out that first paper you mentioned. but i did not get the second one, the "recommendations" one.

but your probably right, i am sure he was just trying to sling you more accessories to buy with your incredible.

and yeah i just called rather than driving out there, and they said the 29th is when they get them in. thats what i figured though. they also had no idea about the 2gb card. said if it comes in the box you'll get it. haha, thats some valid reasoning there
