Quick question to you all
 

Hey Im not a Verizon customer so Im not sure how they handle their devices, but my girlfriend just dropped her phone Droid Eris and it cracked the screen. its a spider web crack that takes up a good bit of the screen. She doesnt have insurance or any of that so is there anything Verizon will do I just want to ask before I go searching ebay for a new one.

I haven't heard of verizon repairing any smartphone at a store. Find a new one online.
