Problems with Youtube
 

Just got the Droid Eris. everything is cool so far, but for some reason the youtube application wont launch. Keep getting message stating that the video cannot be played. Everything else works. is this an Eris thing or just a my phone thing?

that was a problem myself and other were having, especially with 1.5. after i updated to 2.1 it worked great. i suggest you do the same

Ahh, my sister and bro-in-law are having a similar problem. Some of the youtube videos play, while about half of the rest give some kind of message saying the video cannot be played " Unable to play video" or something like that. While on my TP2, I can play back the same video in the youtube app. Is this the same problem?
