this is where i got the MR2 update before it was pushed OTA

they have the updates. if you get the usb update from before you wont receive the OTA notification on your phone. (so I read)

it sure has, you guys should browse over to the htc hero forums sometimes.

first, I saw with my eyes a eris with 2.1 firmware on it yesterday.
second, the only reason I am excited is because the 2.1 firmware is being ported to work with my hero!
