Opera Mobile 10 Integration
 

How do i fully integrate my opera mobile 10 as a replacement to my previous version. For example, how do i get it to take over the browser tab in touch flow. and how do i set it to default for links in emails and texts.

I'm using omj"s rom and when i installed Oera10 it took over everything. I know on past Rom's if had ever used IE it would overide everything

I haven't tried opera 10, but have you gone into settings->advanced and set it as the default browser? That should change the necessary registry keys and works in 9.7.

the only thing in advanced is the ability to block pop ups.. im running mighty rom final

Are you guys successfully getting Opera Mobile 10 to display the images of your favorites on the internet tab? It works with PIE, but once I install Opera I don't get the images...however the images that were created with IE still remain.

It worked in the latest omj's custom rom with the opera 10 in it.

Hey guys. Changing the reg key manually worked for me:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Rai\:D EFBROWSER]

"1"="\"\\Program Files\\Opera Mobile 10\\Opera10-armv4i.exe\""

It takes a second to launch.

Anybody been successful in importing your 9.5/9.7 build favorites & bookmarks to work with 10 beta? Mine won't work... any ideas?

Already did this, does not change what browser is launched in touch flow though..
