go to this link here and then download the ROM via his supplied link.

download that ROM and then flash to it after flashing to your alltel shipped ROM kay? and also your device is unlocked correct?

yes unlocked it over a year ago when i first got the phone
wanted to upgrade back then couldnt figure it out then either
