PPCGeeks - pop3 email 4 hours behind

I have (4) pop3 accounts on my diamond, 3 of them are w/ the same isp (embarqmail.com), all 3 accounts show the time stamp 4 hours behind, when viewing the list of messages. Once you open the email, the correct time stamp shows. The 4th pop3 account is on a different isp, it shows the correct time on both the message list & email itself. Issue is present on every rom I've used.

My wife has the same problem on her treo pro, and had the issue when she had a centro.

Maybe a problem from the isp? I download the same email on multiple pc's via outlook express, the time is correct on OE.

any ideas?
