CAB Instructional? Please.

I was wondering if there was anyone whom would like to give me a short instructional on how to .cab my panoramic pictures for easy install. There are two things I would like the cab to do, move the manila files to /windows directory and also instruct to install a today wallpaper for the start menu background in 6.5. If this is extremely difficult then no worries but it doesnt hurt to ask. Thank you.

Quickcab is very easy to use for the moving the manila to Windows directory, as far as the start menu background I have no idea.

Quickcab is pretty much self explanatory and straight forward.

Worked like a charm. Just gotta figure out the start menu info. Anyone know if it is a reg key that can be changed to the name of the wallpaper to be installed?
