The file 'im' cannot be opened. - During phone restart
 

Everytime I restart the phone the message pops up saying,(The file 'im' cannot be opened). What can I do to remove it from appearing. Thanks

use total commander or your file explorer to navigate to \windows\startup anx see if there is an "im" thwre and delete it.

or if you just flashed a custom rom it sounds like you need to flash back to stock then flash back to your custom rom.

Using file explorer go to \Windows\Startup and delete the shortcut that corresponds with the message ie: im.lnk.
