Replacement battery door/back cover
 

So my phone survived a minor fall, but a corner of the back cover broke. I remember people saying previously that they were able to get them for free by just going to a Sprint store. So I went to one and they said they don't have them and don't think they ever will. The rep at the store said they don't even make them. Aside from getting an Alltel one, does anyone know if it's still possible to get them from Sprint (last time I talked to them they said to just go to a Sprint store, figures)?

Ironically, I just found one on eBay a few hours ago, been looking for a while.

Edit: LOL, Sprint forwarded me to HTC and they have the back covers for $38 not including shipping costs. Ebay it is!

Nope, could not get any from Sprint. I ended up calling them and after being transferred about 4 times, nobody could get me one, then they finally transferred me to HTC and they wanted 38 bucks for one, so I passed on that.

I ended up buying one off ebay for $15. I will check my PMs though (wouldn't mind a spare), thanks!

I am in the same boat - looking for a replacement back for my Sprint Diamond. I tried searching EBay using the usual suspects of search terms, but no luck.

Any one with other leads? I don't think I want to spend $40 to get one directly from HTC.
