Edit Notification Events

Ok I've searched and cant find anything. Is there any way to add new events to the notification alerts list. My old Treo 800w has an option to assign a ringtone to unknown calls, but my Diamond doesnt and I've used a lot of custom ROMs, to no avail. Anyone know how to edit these?

HKCU/Control Panel/Sounds/knownCallerRing0 is for people in your contacts list

HKCU/ControlPanel/Sounds/Ringtone0 is for default ringtone

HKCU/ControlPanel/Sounds/Ringtone2 is for unknown callers (I think)

Anyways those are what you want to mess with for what you want, not sure if it will work on your ROM, or any for that matter, but it used to work on WM 5.0
