Touchflo3D not loading!

I'm currently running MightyRom (current) on my HTC Touch Diamond. The phone starts up and lags on the HTC screen for awhile. Then up comes Mighty Mouse and then it loads. It also says there is no service when there is service, I'm running Alltel. The phone just runs really slow and all my data is not there because the phone doesn't load all the way. This has happened to me before but it fixed it self when I let it alone for awhile, now it wont fix itself. Please help!

I wish I could but when I try to connect to my PC is says that it cannot find the diamond on the flashing tool DLed from this website. I can open to view files and everything else, it just wont connect it -_-

Is there a way I can flash without using that tool? Or anything else I can do?

You need to make sure you have an active sync connection and not just a data connection established with the phone.

How do I do that?

EDIT: Dumb question. Is is ActiveSynced, still wont connect. Is there a way to flash a ROM from the phone without using USB or SD cards. Will hard reseting work?

You have 2 oprions... First (and less advanced) place the device in bootloader mode [turn off. Once off hold volume down button and power button until tri color screen comes on.] Once in bootloader you should be able to connect the USB cable and it will default to a sync connection. Run RUU once connected and you should be ok to flash back to shipped.

Oprion 2... Flash from the Internal Storage drive. There is a great tutorial on how to do this in the CDMA Diamond Upgrade Sticky Section.

Hope you get it going!
