unlock from internal storage
i can flash a new radio nbh from internal successfully but can i flash a spl? my fone got stuck in bootliader from flashing reaper rom 1.whatever so im getting a new one tomorrow and i dont have a comp to unlock it. i really didnt wanna go in and cook my own rom through the phone it self cuz i memorized all the reg edits and can just use tcmd to delete useless files and programs plus i think its the new 2.0 which i heard is a mother in law to unlock. any insight will be appreciated. please and thanks.

Re: unlock from internal storage
for what if you pause the ruu before flashing and do a search in your temp directory on your comp you can extract the nbh from the ruu.exe and flash it from your fone without active sync

You are terrible at this search game... I found http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...ternal+storage thread by searching "Unlock from internal storage" on these forums. The thread had a complete walkthrough and related files ffs. I just read another thread you started in the upgrades forum about the miraculous discovery that you made that no one else knew that you can flash .nbh files from the internal storage on a diamond .... USE THE SEARCH BUTTON. Another point I would bring up would be on the phone you just failed at flashing pop the battery out, pop it back in, hold volume down and power until you get a pretty rainbow colored screen (I'm using technical terms like this because I can tell you're very technical, your use of the search functions shows it) and then plug your diamond into your computer and flash via ruu like you would if activesync was running. I just pulled this answer out of my *** but I bet if you checked the "how to:Recover a diamond that wont get past bootloader" thread located here -> http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=51508 he probably has the exact same directions posted. |
