I have a roaming cab that let's me force my phone into Roaming only. I can switch to automatic.

Not sure if that's what you're looking for.

That doesn't exist. It's either Sprint or Verizon pretty much, with the occasional USCC.

Well here is a reg file I made that enables the roaming only option, it works right away after running the reg with NO soft reset, the roaming only option is there.

Unfortunately it disappears after a soft reset, not sure what is resetting the key, it's not the htcguardian file as I have that deleted, but something is.

So I just execute the reg when I want the roaming only option, the reg could be put in the device\windows\startup folder so it runs the reg automatically after each soft reset, unfortunately it still makes you answer "import this reg file" everytime you reset your phone.

Well anyway here is the key, just put it on your phone and run it, don't reset and the roaming option is there right away.

EDIT: I see you were asking for carrier specific, well the only way I know roam on specific carriers is to use specific prls, I have used an Alltel prl on my Sprint phone to get Alltel evdo roaming instead of it using Verizon 1X automatically.
