Bricked DIAM100?

Hi guys and girls!

I have a HTC Touch Diamond (DIAM100) that I tried to install MightyROM 06.09.09 Victor on, and it didnt work, the program said that something (dont remember what) was wrong, told me to rip out the battery and I so did, and the phone worked. I did some more research and I understood that I had to unlock the phone, even if I bought it unlocked. So I downloaded the unlocker (Diiamond_Unlocker) and ran the program. It didn't get past the 0%, the phone went black and the program said that it lost connection to the phone.

So, my phone is still black.

The firsth thing I did was to rip out the battery, didnt help. I tried several resets (power, vol down, back-arrow, reset ; power, vol down, reset ; power, vol down, enter, reset) none of them helped.

I guess that my phone is bricked, but I hope that anyone knows what to do to help me.

Thank you in andvance, and please excuse my bad englis. English is not my primary language.

Flash back to shipped rom. Then run the unlocker. You should be good to go.....

Hold the power and volume down button when you turn the phone on. This should bring you into the bootloader screen. You can then connect the phone to your computer and it will recognize it. Look in this sticky http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=36062 and download your "shipped" rom. After a successful flash, then try to run the diamond unlocker again.

Who is your carrier? If you say you bought it "unlocked", it's most likely GSM..

true, but I would probably start by determining whether he has a CDMA Diamond or not? diam100? How about telling us what your carrier is.

I love how just when you think Tobey is off somewhere with a new device, he's right back to enlighten folks to the obvious.

Hey, Tobey -- didn't you mention something about a new kitchen a while back?? What's happening in Tobey's world?

I might mention that I get 3G connectivity with this phone... I do not know if that is possible with an GSM device, but if you say so - i belive you! :)
