HTC Touch Diamond ROM update
 

So I downloaded the latest ROM from HTC,

And while it seems to work better, the battery last longer, slide to answer/ignore, ect. The phone has crashed a few times and TF3D fails to launch after a soft reset. The first time I did a hard reset and everything went back to normal.

The second time I took it into Sprint and had them look at it, the guy couldn't figure out how to do a hard rest, so he just ordered me a replacement phone, I should get it today. After I left the store I made a phone call and TF3D finaly launched and my contacts that had all gone away were back.

Do you think sprint is going to charge me for it, as the problem can't be repeated on demand. The phone should be here in less than an hour.

If the original phone is less than a year old which it is, it should be handled as an in store warranty exchange at no cost to you.
