Texting question
 

i know this is a newb question but here it goes. After sending a text message get the notification that says "message sent" i have went through the sounds and notifications trying to remove that notification but am unable to get it to stop coming up. can anybody give me a answer for this. btw i'm using standard wm6.1 alltel rom.

dl advanced config tool or diamond tweaks. search for the cabs its avail EVERYWHERE. You can change the registry but I cant think of it off the top of my head.

well im apparently more nubbed than you. can some one post a link to this so i can see what it means to search the cabs? I mean i know what a .cab file is i just dont know how to search them.

please advise.

He just means google the program Advanced Configuration 3.3. There is also a search option in this thread near the top right of the thread listings. Don't be afraid to ask but just remember google is also your friend. There has been a huge emphasis on keeping the thread clean and just posting relevant issues. We understand that everybody is new at one point so we will try our best to help you out.

Oh ok, i was under the impression that he was saying there is a subforum for tweaks or .cabs or something like that. I do know where the search is. Im not like a computer noob or anything, im a network administrator. just novice to the phone ROM stuff.
