Flexmail/P. Outlook Data Disconnect?

Hi guys! Am I overlooking the automatic data disconnect feature of both of the above programs?

I have a Palm Centro on my second line, and use the Snappermail program. It has a feature that shuts data off after mail retrieval. Where is this option in the above 2 programs? I swear I've been looking, lol

Try using Advanced Configuration but you shouldn't have to because the phone doesn't use extra battery if data isn't going back and forth.

Re: Flexmail/P. Outlook Data Disconnect?

You know, alot of people say that (The phone doesn't use battery as long as data isn't active), but I've found that that is not the case. I know what people say should happen, but that has not been my experience, either on the Diamond or the Mogul. I get far better battery life when data is off, period.

Heck, my phone (both Mogul and Diamond) get's warm (or stays warm) even when the bars go to "inactive".

My Centro does the same thing (Active/Inactive bars), but can be auto-disconnected. Go figure.

In any case, thank you very much for you help, Ido appreciate it.
