toggle 1x icon?

I know in groove's ROM's has the 1x/evdo toggle thing (is it mortscipt?) where if you click it, it automatically does all the steps to change from EVDO to 1x and back in like 5 seconds. Where do you get this from manually?

HiddenPreferenceMode=0

Allows the "Operation Mode" under Phone Settings so that one can choose 1X, EV or hybrid.
