email notification keeps repeating
 

Can anyone help me get the notification to stop repeating. The disable box is checked and there is no way to uncheck it, its driving me crazy. I have 4 active and busy email accounts so you can imagine how the constant sounds are VERY annoying ( I have tried other options i.e. vibrate but I really do need to know when a message comes in for work purposes). I am using the most recent telus stock rom, prior rom did not have this problem. ](*,)
