Windows Mobile 7 for the Diamond? and Windows mobile 6.7 any news
With Windows 7 to be released next june or so, i heard talk about Windows Mobile 7 to be released for beta testing by end of this year. any news if it will work on our diamonds?
Also Windwos said their will be another 6.x called 6.7 for windows mobile. Any news on that and what it might have different? a few home screen? better memory management? more webos features? also has anyone tried to get webos to work on the diamond? |

not sure what makes you think webos would work on windows mobile but I'm guessing we won't see it.

the quik answer is not officially but im sure ppcgeeks and xda will get it ported to a diamond. wm7 that is. not to hijack your thread but do you think someone could make a taskmanager for wm like the pre? something like taskfacade but with gesters to switch or end a task?

I am not sure that a 6.7 WM would be a full fledged update...
I do think we could see some sp1 that would upgrade us to 6.7, given that the article mentioned FOTA. |

i'm guessing the 6.7 would be a bridge for non wm7 devices so software can be streamlined.

Ive got wm6.5 beta installed on my diamond. there are some well needed improvements that makes the phone more finger friendly and useable. But the email client has some errors when attacing a file :( part from that Ive found no other errors,
