If my memory serves me correctly, savageracer said that this was the situation with this new KB. He's working on it, but for now, it's either one or the other and only the reg edit will change it.
Use an older/different version of the KB to not have this problem and wait for someone to fix it in the new KB.

Diamond or Touch Pro? Who is your carrier? (sprint, telus, verizon, ect)

you have to answer what make phone and who your carrier is. this will help everyone try to help you with your issue.

I have HTC Diamond (MDA Compact IV) working on Polish network.

I already got the info, that this ability to swich between FullQWERTY and Phone Pad is visible only if HTC MenuEnhancement is installed...

htc menu enhancement is needed to switch between the two. the only other way is to use toggle cabs

Friend of mine has created a ROM and he didn't install menu enhancement and he can choose between full qwerty and phone keypad. I installed for a try htc menu enhancement but even that I'm not able to choose between those keyboeards. So htc menu enhancement is not the problem. So how can I enable it? Some missing system content or registry value?
