PPCGeeks - Help Cant Find Htc Diamond Instructions On Digitizer Installation!!!

Okay, I have a Sprint CDMA HTC diamond, I was wearing a baggy hoody and accidently slapped my car door on my hoody while getting in the car. My phone was in my pocket. Fortunately it was in a protector case, but the screen still got cracked. It still responds perfectly to touch. My phone is flashed to cricket so insurance is out of the question. I went on ebay and purchased a digitizer. (The research I did told me that I didnt need a whole new LCD since all I had were cracks with touch still being responsive. So this digitizer which is really nothing more than a glass screen has a little tail hanging off of it and I can not for the life of me find any instructions with pics that show how to remove the broken screen and install the new one. I don't feel confident enough doing this myself without some sort of direction. PLEASE HELP!!
