I've gotten SPB and TF3D to work by setting up the phone to start in TF3D, and configured a soft key to start SPB.

After a soft boot, the phone starts in TF3D. The first time I hit my SPB button, it loads the SPB (takes less then 10-15 sec, but just for this first time).

After that I just hit "Show Today" on SPB and TF3D comes up.
in TF3D, I hit my softkey, and brings back SPB.

Quick & dirty (and easy to do!)

Just had that problem couple min ago, Just delete spb under windows/ start up. And just add the short cut under programs and now u can go back an forth bw the 2 without any exta hacks or apps.

would like more detail as 2 how u did this i haven't found how to make a shortcut to a program, i took the spb shell3.5 from start up and if i select the spb icon in all programs i get an error message that i cant find spb shell ( obviosly ) i think i used to be able to make a shortcut on my tp wm6.1 but not my tp2 wm 6.5. right now the only way i have found to get back to tf3d is to go to the spbshell settings hit right soft key and tap exit shell and wait a min 4 tf3d to launch
