Diamond disconnects/connects constantly when plugged into computer
 

its only one computer this happens with, I have tried multiple usb cables and it happens with all of them.

any suggestions?

Are you connected through a usb hub, that isnt supplying enough power? Try reinstalling activesync.

Try Start->Settings->Connections->Disable Advanced Network Functionality and see if that helps. I've been having the same problem on 6.5.

Gives me an ActiveSync connection. For some reason the faster transfer isn't working. That is the older WM2003 type connection.

thanks hypnotic, I used a different usb port (one of my onboard ones) and it works fine now

Good, thought so. I had the same issues with a cheap usb hub.=D>
