My diamond has changed its lock code and I cant program the phone..... Sprint cant help.. Says thats the lock code but it isnt working.

not sure if this helps, but try this. My understanding is this program will find your msl (unlock code).

if sprint says its not working and you didnt change it, give them the phone and get a new one. you changed it and forgot it didnt you?

What do you mean by program your phone. Are you talking about setting up you vision account? If your o,n the stock rom, you can just reset your profile##data#, restore factory settings, then run IOTA. If that doesnt do it you can do ##PRL#, restore factory settings, then run update profile and PRL.

I did the 3282 data...... but it still doesnt connect to internet

In the ##data# make sure your active profile is set to 1.

are you on the shipped rom? if not, flash back to this and after it fires up, go to start, settings, system tab, scroll to the bottom and select update profile.

Let me guess, you did a PRI update after running DCD's Sprint carier cab?

If so, your MSL has been reset to an unknown parameter. You need to reset your EPST settings. There's no other option.

But now your MSL works right? So, now you can call Sprint and get them to fix it OTA.

Called sprint.... The username and password dont match. They said its unfixable.... They said they will send a new diamond out to me. This dam thing all of a sudden changed the lock code all on its own. How does that happen?

I so confused..... But hell if they are going to send me a new phone so be it.....
I have a question. I flashed the diamond alot. Would that have anything to do with the phone acting up?

If you go to ##PRL#. Hit menu on bottom right, and click restore factory settings, your msl should return to normal and you should be able to get your data to work again. I went through this same issue after I hit update PRI on a custom rom. Why not give it a shot, it worked for me..

I did this and it doesnt give me the option to restore back to factory settings...
