Bad Phone?

Hey everyone, I had a vogue for about 2 years and last weekend i dropped it and broke the lcd, so i went into Bell and picked up the Touch Diamond. I had been using 6.5 on the vogue and so i follow the propper unlock process and flashed various rom's in the CDMA section. And with every rom i have tried i have had some wierd type of corruption whether its all of the sudden every single sound in the Sounds and Notification will not play and says it is corrupt. Also around when this happens random appications just wont open and icons show up misslabled in the start menu. I soft reset fixes these problems but all the issues come back within an hour or two.

It should also be noted that i flashed back to the Bell Stock Rom via the 4gb storage everytime i switched to a new rom.

If anyone has any idea of what might be causing this and if theres anything i can do please let me know, also if you think its a dud then ill relock it and return it tomorow.
