Unable to get frame data from camera device

Hi,
I got my HTC Diamond (CDMA) few weeks ago.
I installed MightyRom. Everything was working just fine.
At the beginning, camera was working and I took pictures with it, with no problem.

However, two weeks after, I'm not able to take picture anymore.
I've got a black screen, and after a moment, it said :
"Unable to get frame data from camera device"

I tried : soft reset, hard reset, reinstall Mighty ROM, Reinstall Generic ROM that came with HTC... Nothing work !!!

Anyone have an idea, would be greatly appreciated !!!!

go to the "unlocking, relocking, and flashing" sticky thread and download the shipped rom of your carrier. then flash this rom and your problem will go away 95% of the time. I am not sure what generic rom you are speaking of but none the less flashing the shipped rom is the best course of actions. good luck. by the way, here is thread:

Is Shipped ROM as same as Stock ROM ?
Because, I did reinstall Stock ROM + Upgrade from BellCanada, and didn't work.

Do I have to relock the phone ? Could it make a difference ?
****UPDATE****
Even with installing Stock ROM + Relock , it doesn't not work ..
Now, when I open the camera program, I have the message : Device.exe problem ... .and still black screen.

Have another idea ?

im having this same problem from a completely stock unit. Got it about 3 weeks as my other diamond was messed up. anyone have a way to fix this? im really tired of going to the Sprint store to get another crappy replacement. I have had 4 Diamonds in the past 6 months.

Unfortunately, if you are still getting camera errors after installing the shipped rom then you have a hardware problem. :(
