tethering (intenet sharing) with windows vista

So I bought a 'Vista PC and I am having some frustrations getting to work the way it worked on my XP PC. I had everything working great on my Windows XP PC with my Diamond - Active Sync, USB Internet Sharing, Bluetooth Intent Sharing, WmWiFi Router, etc.
I have downloaded and intalled Windows mobile Device Center on my Vista PC and connected my Diamond to it and the contacts, appointments, etc. all sync fine. I also have WMWifi Router working good too. When I turn on Internet Sharing via USB the phone says connected and my Vista PC connects, but I get no internet. The phone also shows up as an "internet sharing device" but it doesn't give my PC any internet.
Any one have any ideas?

Hmm odd. It shows up as an Internet Sharing Device in Device Manager? Is this Vista 32 or 64 bit?

I had to uncheck TCP/IP in my "local area connection" to get out on the internet with Vista.

Same here, I had to disable my built-in wireless on my vista64 then it I get connection through the phone.

that didn't work...I think it might be something that WMWifiRouter messed up.
