Customizing quickmenu icon

This is the last icon to be skinned to complete the taskbar icon sets.

Is anyone making headway??

I do hear what your saying and believe me im not ungrateful to all the time dedicated to improving our devices.

Its just this is an unsolved part of the taskbar and its been mentioned by many different users and it just seems that now win 6.5 has come along now everybodys just concentrating on that and leaving 6.1 for later?!

I realise that this sounds harsh and ungrateful but as I said im not just suprised when another project came along everyone shelved this so quickly. On xda-dev the taskbar thread - about 50 of the last 60 posts are about win 6.5!! Now 6.5 has its own thread will be interesting to see the activity levels.....

Sorry......

the windows directory has these files within the read only system files. I tried to simply colour them and copy them back to the directory and soft reset but it doesnt have any effect.

Why would these files be here if they didnt serve a purpose??

any ideas??

We've tried all of those. As near as we can tell, WM requires them to be read as 1-bit fills which eliminates any color and distorts/trashes any custom icon we put in there. This one may go unsolved. I personally have pulled just about every system and/or HTC related dll out of the ROM and so far I haven't found anything else that could possibly be impacting the x/ok button, or the Quickmenu. Sorry!
